IGAD International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) report

Major Roles and Responsibilities
Under the over all guidance and direction of The HESAD program manager and the RH prgram cordinator , the consultant will be responsible for analysing the national survey questionnaires for all 8 countries with technical support from RH technical advisers and programme officers

The consultant will analyze the questionnaire results in the context of the three major themes of
1) Sexual and Reproductive Health with a focus on unmet need for cross border mobile population including pastoralist
2) Linkages between Population Dynamics and Sustainable Development n the IGAD REGION
3) Enhancing Social Integration in the Context of Demographic Change.
These relate to the three pillars of sustainable development that guide the post 2015 development agenda negotiations of the pastoralsit population and the analysis of the ICPD beyond 2014 country questionnaires will be used by by the IGAD parlaimentray health committee and Directors of Reproductive health in 2014
