Nimeamua kuandika nakala baada ya kuona haja kuwataarifu umma baadhi ya mbinu za wezi wa mtandao ambazo huzitumia kuiba pesa kwenye akaunti za watu mbali mbali duniani kote.

1.       kuna mbinu ya kuomba akaunti namba yako pamoja na namba ya siri kwa kigezo cha kwamba umeshinda shindano Fulani ambalo kiuhalisia wala hujashiriki kwenye shindano hilo.Watu wengi wameibiwa pesa kwa mtindo huu wa kutumiwa meseji kupitia mitandao ya simu.Mmoja ya wafanyakazi mahiri wa Tigo Bw Octavian Rweyendera ambaye alifanikisha kukamatwa kwa watuhumiwa hao akitoa maelezo kwa baadhi ya maafande wa polisi jinsi watuhumiwa walivyotaka kufanya wizi huo wa kimtandao.

2.       Pia hutumia mbinu ya kujifanya kuwa wao ni watu wa huduma kwa wateja  kisha kukuomba namba za siri za akaunti yako kisha huamisha pesa zako kutoka kwenye akaunti yako kwenda akaunti nyingine .
